HORRIBLE, AWFUL, HEARTLESS management & policies! My friend booked a prenatal massage for her and I a week in advance. The morning of our appt I had to be admitted to the hospital due to a complication with my pregnancy. My friend kept her appt and explained to them my situation. I've been a loyal customer of "The Art of Healing" since the first salon was on Division St. in Wicker Park. The salon on Ashland was always a pleasant experience. This new space is no longer a salon. It is has metamorphasized into a luxurious day spa. It's like entering a world of beauty, peace, and tranquility.
