We cannot recommend Allyson Sullivan highly enough. We moved out of the area before our house hit the market, which could have been a logistical nightmare, but Allyson made it completely seamless. She went above and beyond her role as a broker, frequently checking on the property and personally supervising minor repairs and prep work while we were gone.
