This person is a scam..she takes your money and does nothing. I was waiting for a court date to be set. Allyson kept telling me it would take a long time to get a court date in Atlanta. After a year or two I finally started representing myself. I had a court date in a month.. May Karma give her what she deserves
My first, and last experience with Mrs. Blair has been below any standards a lawyer should keep. I turned over all my documents to her, only to find; nothing has been filed in court, nor sent to my x-wife to sign. I trusted this person to act on my behalf, and trusted her completely. It has been over a year now, and all I get are excuses on why my case is still sitting on her desk. Don’t fall into this trap, find a better lawyer.
On December 31st, 2013 Allyson Russell Blair nearly killed me driving drunk with drugs in the car in Woodstock, GA. She ran a red light while I was approaching the intersection of Highway 92 and Main Street in Woodstock.
