Dr. Ross and Rachel were excellent, thorough and answered all of my questions. The only bad part about my experience was my blood draw. I have a huge bruise and am still swollen in the area of the vein that my blood was drawn from. Never had that happen before.
She is the best.
Dr. Ross has been very good at listening to all my concerns. She strives to get me the help I need quickly and I appreciate so much that she takes time to hear what I have to say. I never feel like she is trying to rush the appt. and that she actually cares about me as a person. Thank you Dr Ross
Dr. Ross is friendly, explains things so I understand and never leaves before asking if I have any more questions. She never acts like she is hurrying me.
