Dr Rivard is awesome. I have seen her for two different procedures and both times she has been extremely professional. She listens to your symptoms then thoroughly goes over all available options. She will then listen to your concerns and talk about possible side effects of the procedure. At no point have I felt like I was ill-advised by her or her staff. If need be, I will consult her again if I need to be scheduled for an operation. I would highly recommend her.
