Hands down amazing. She helped me get rid of my horrible cystic acne. Dr Kopel listened to me when other doctors did not. I will always recommend her.
I left 2 messages, 2 weeks in a row to make an appointment and no one ever called me back
Dr. Kopel keeps appointments on time, answers questions knowledgably, has a good staff. Has garage parking at no cost. All good!
I have a horrific skin issue I see Dr Kopel for from time to time. It is extremely painful and requires delicate care. She always is very gentle and checks how my pain level throughout the procedure. Probably will not see her again because I got the green light to have surgery on the area (which she has also strongly recommend for years). I have sent her my friends and she has helped with hair loss and cosmetic issues. Go see her you will get quick, concise, compassionate care.
The doctor is great, very knowledgeable and does her work great. However, her staff, specifically Edgar who claims to be a supervisor has no sense of customer service. Very rude and doesn’t let one speak in regards of the reason for the visit. Will no return and do not recommend dealing with this location in till further review of their staff is made.
