Horrible I can't understand why do people lie on these reviews. When I first moved here it was ok. The place was nice great and quiet. Then the first problem that I seen was ants. Maintaince fixed the problem ASAP. Which I was grateful for. Then I saw mice. Which came 2 years later. I complained about the issue it took them three weeks to fix the problem. Completely Satisfied I have been at Allyson Gardens II for 3 months now and I absolutely love it here. The staff Elaine, Najia were so friendly during my move in. My apartment fits all my needs. It's spacious and cozy. The location is ideal, nice and secluded and it’s very quiet. I would also like to commend the maintenance staff for their outstanding job during the blizzard. They worked from sun up to sundown everyday to assure the parking lots and sidewalks were passable. Great Job

Love it I have been at this apartment for about 2 months now and I love it. I called in the morning about an issue with my refrigerator and gave permission to enter the apartment while I was away. I got home about 4 hours later and the problem was fixed (with a smiley note)! Parking is first come first serve but there is always parking. The neighborhood is not overly noisy and the residents are friendly too. My son loves playing at the playground too I love it here.
I Love Living Here! My apartment is spacious and the grounds are beautifully kept and landscaped. Convenient to shopping, entertainment, several colleges and the Metro. Management is wonderful and responsive. The tenant appreciation events are the bomb! You'll love living here as much as I do!
wonderful I'm relocating here soon, and I think this is the perfect place for me. Although its going to be a lot different than South Carolina and much more expensive I believe this is a great choice. I hear all great things about these apartments. I can't wait to officially be moved in soon. Thanks KIA
