Why isn’t the phone number the actual phone number for the urgent care?? I’m confused!!
I called here because I wanted to know where the location was.. as after living here for 7 years, I was surprised to see that there was an “urgent care” open 24 hours.. he would not tell me the location because of “COVID” and that they weren’t taking walkins. “Ok, but can you tell me the location” I asked and then he hung up on me!!!! What great customer service!!
Went there as a walk in because my husband hurt his knee it was 5:30 no one else there and was told we couldn't be seen due to them closing as 6 . What a joke . Actually against the law as well to deny someone seeking medical treatment will be filing a complaint against them.
Don't go to this place they don't have any info for you over the phone or nothing. Worst urgent care in the country!
