She brought over blond hair instead of dark brown she said she would be back in 10 minutes turned into an hour. I wanted head full of braides she gave me these big square section braids thats why it took her 5 hours. I tried to tell her that I would like to start thickening my hair up so far refused my calls and texts. Very rude not to mention sloppy. I don't recommend her business. I'm getting my hair fixed next week.
I have brought 3 daughters to Ally for braids. They all love their hair and their experiences. The oldest has mixed hair and has a super sensitive head and she’s comfortable with Ally. The braids last long and Ally is incredibly talented at different patterns and has a good eye to what styles work. I recommend her highly. Very reliable and super quality, as well as being incredibly kind.
I met Ally and her team at an event in Osgoode. My daughter as drawn to her booth with all the different styles of hair colours. The girls were full of positive energy, friendly and very professional. I would absolutely consider booking for an event!
I love Ally! Not only is her work high quality, it's fast and she's so kind and friendly, that it's an enjoyable and enriching experience as well. I drive from far away to get my hair done with her. Highly recommend!
Best experience i have had with hair braiding . Really nice and welcoming , great communication when booking an appointment snd it is my second time doing my daughters hair . Would definitely go a 3rd .
