I have nothing but the best to say about Ally Roofing & Construction. Ethan was an advocate for us with the insurance company and helped us get approved for a full replacement due to storm damage. The job was done quickly and efficiently.
I had heard horror stories about dealing with insurance to get a damaged roof and gutters replaced, especially after all the storms from the previous year. Bo walked me through the whole process, answering ALL my questions, and helped with the insurance submittal as well. Terrible company do not use….
Ethan and crew at Ally Roofing provided such a seamless process with my new roof. They were finished in 1 day, and cleaned up without me having to lift a finger. Quick, responsive service and communication at a great price! Can’t go wrong!
its a shame really, all the work was good, and the staff we dealt with were excellent, However, the owner was not. They completed the work, had good communication, but caused damaged to our HVAC system to the turn of $2400. How did the owner respond? By trying to intimidate senior citizens by having his lawyer respond with a letter basically blaming us for not reading the small print.
