I wished I had an option for 0 stars. This company is not only unprofessional, rude, and they do not communicate with each other. I reached out to them two months ago to get a quote for a roof replacement and screened in patio. I took the day off to accommodate their preferred time. They came out and were supposed to present their quote in a couple of days of the appointment. Great response and customer service. When my dear friend was in need of a very serious restoration - the owner brought the team together and they all made a decision and figured out a way to help her asap, even though they were scheduled out for weeks.
