I called them and I was asking if they could help me find a house for rent and the receptionist started mumbling under her breath saying nasty things to me then hung up in my face, and then I called again and then she started being very rude with her tone.. I don't get how they get business if they let the receiptionist in the front whom answers the terrorizing there future clients.. what is hung over or something why would they let this lady answer the phone if she is going to treat people like this..she was rudeenough for ... read more
During the worst time of this decade, Covid, finding a property to make a home was a difficult task. Thank God and his blessings for shining the light on Ally Realty, especially Marshall Henson. They were able to get us in a beautiful house asap, and have been communicative every step of the way. They set standards and expectations so I never have to guess or worry about the next step. Have had such a great experience with this property mgt . For the 2nd year ,I’ve leased,Marshall has demonstrated that he is very understanding and has been an awesome mgr by being very helpful with my extension of my lease ! The maintenance team has been superb !! Highly recommend Juan C. He is quick by responding to maintenance issues the day or next ! Never had an issue with my property, that needed issues addressed! Would highly recommend this mgt team here at Ally! Thanks Ally team!!
This was our 3rd experience renting and Ally Realty has hands down been the best rental management ever. We rented from them for a year before we purchased our own home but they were seriously the best. Any maintenance requested was completed, or scheduled with us to be completed, the same day as the request was made.
So I did have a little trouble getting ahold of the company but Marshall called me even gave me his cell phone number and said he doesn't mind call him whenever I need anything.. I'm glad he was willing to give me his cell to get ahold of him. Marshall is very understanding when it comes to things that need to be done he makes it happen. Very happy with my services from marshall
