I have been a patient here for a few years and I got a new resident. First time I saw her (telehealth) she lowered my medication and my panic attacks came back. First time in 5 years. Her name is SHAKORI Cardin. I talked to her supervisor and he agreed with her. The doctor I had before her was awesome!! Her name is Reagan Major. She left to finish her residency. I left this business. Got another doctor.
Good service
No matter where I am mentally, they meet me there; manic, depressed or in between. During a really bad period, employees that I had never even met, made sure that I was ok to leave and to call back if I needed to. I am very thankful to have found this office.
Had a great plan with a great provider, however since this is a "teaching" clinic, the providers change periodically. My new provider, Cheng, wanted to reinvent the wheel and change my entire treatment plan, that was working just fine. Like, I get it man, you're fresh out of school and want to make a name for yourself and change the world. But changing drastically ones mental health medication is very dangerous.
