I have been a regular since Aug or Sep I couldn’t make it to my Monday appointment since my appointments have always been virtual, and now since I wanted to reschedule last minute they wanted to charge me the $100 late fee I understand that but also as a Loyal client and this being my FIRST TIME I ever have done this no EXPECTATION .. I have 2 under two it was the weekend who am I supposed to call when I realized it was in person and I live 40mins away. F this place for hiding, deleting my wife's comment. She has been a loyal client here since the summer. We have two under two, and they WERE not understanding the office manager. "We could hear her say, "No, still charge her the cancellation fee." Basically, the providers are cool, but the facility doesn't seem to understand. It was her first time canceling the day of her appointment, which was on Monday, April 6th at 10:30 NO type of LENIENCOY. No one has reached out to address this and deleting her comment once again. rude attitude from office manager. Aren’t they supposed to help the mentally ill?? no thanks i’ll take my services somewhere else where they’re more understanding. hope my comment stays up #real
The staff are very nice and helpful. The Dr take their time with any new issues that come up with patients life or medication and always look for the best outcome for the patient.
