Dr Korman and the rest of the staff at Ally Psychiatry have been an absolute blessing to me. everyone is so kind and welcoming, and the environment provides comfort and peace. which is huge for someone with panic disorder. love them ❤️❤️
I was told I could not do my telehealth appointment because I didn't have my 25$ copay. So I'm thinking they don't care about the patients. It appears they are just in for the money. I haven't had any of my meds for two weeks. I had to stop taking all my medication cold turkey. I pray I don't have any serious side affects! I would recommend any and everyone to avoid this place! They just don't care!!!
This place could kill you! I was on RX alaprazlam for 12 months. They took me off with no additional taper. Prescribed me Propanolol. I called in Friday with symptoms of withdrawal Benzodiazepine and they brushed it off as cold and sickness. This am i went to the ER because I woke up to a massive headache and BP 176/103 pulse 90 drove myself to the ER after taking the Propanolol which is for heart rate and a beta blocker but not for BP, and the hospital finally got it down. The administration at this company is very disappointing. There’s a consistent lack of follow-through, poor communication, and delayed responses. Both the Franklin and Nashville locations have shown unprofessional behavior. I would not recommend switching locations—just switch companies altogether.
UPDATE: It is 9/29/25 and I emailed the email address provided in their reply to my review. As of today, I have not received any communication regarding the bill or my insurance. I’m switching providers after repeated administrative issues. My first visit felt disorganized, and despite emailing my ID and insurance card three times, no one confirmed receipt and my insurance was never run.
