Don't let the good ratings fool you! This is before ALLY PSYCHIATRY took over. There is no longer an office in Louisville, I think its due to the providers not wanting to deal with this new clinic due to stipulations they put on the providers, especially in corporate‑run clinics, it can make it harder for doctors to focus on patient needs! You can see this with the providers that are left at the other locations! For me its been a nightmare dealing with refills and plus I didn't think of Louisville being an hour behind bowlin... read more
This psychiatric group represents a wonderful cadre of providers. An extremely professional group of clinicians demonstrating best practices daily. Highly recommend.
Closed Louisville office without warning or notice. Shane Watts was a no show for the appointment.
Shane Watts is caring, understanding, and driven to help. I will continue to come here and recommend him to anyone in need. Edit: Since my provider left, the office has made no attempt to contact me regarding continuity of care. I’ve reached out multiple times and have been unable to get in touch with anyone. After reading other reviews, it’s clear this is a recurring issue. For a psychiatric practice, this lack of communication is concerning.
Never pick up the phone. Going weeks without medicine. Will be finding somewhere else immediately
