I've used this property management for the last 5 years and I have had nothing but excellent service. The ladies in the office are always very nice and on the ball with everything. The maintenance crew are awesome. Everytime I have had a problem with my place I call the ladies in the office to let them know and within 24 hours the maintenance crew show up and take care of the problem. We’ve been tenants under Ally’s management for ~4 years in a small apartment complex in West Davis. We’ve had a really good experience and I think it’s the result of clear and consistent communication + good landlord (owner) + Ally’s responsiveness. We haven’t moved out so I cannot talk about the process of getting the deposit back. However, so far so good. Anytime we need assistance, both Ally and the owner respond and resolve the issue in a reasonable time. I’m happy with my experience.
I have rented through Ally for YEARS and have had a great experience through and through! Service requests are always handled quickly and with care, and the folks at the office have always been kind and helpful.
