The director and staff are grossly dishonest. They accused my son of behaviors and when I asked for video of it, they claimed they could not show me (even though I asked to come in and view privately). When I advocated for my child, they then tried to lie and fault find with me in an effort to get rid of my son. I found the training environment to be especially difficult as someone recently diagnosed with autism and ADHD. The style was very rigid and authoritarian, which may work for some, but was overwhelming for me. The trainer had a law enforcement background, which could explain the structured and no-nonsense approach—but it didn’t align well with my learning needs or the kind of support I’d expect in a field centered around neurodivergent individuals. I can't say enough about how much I appreciate Ally's staff. We transferred from another location and I was worried that my daughter might not transition so well, but she loves it! I cherish the love and compassion that Aliyah, Alayna, Gina, Mayzie and Emma all have for my daughter! They're such a blessing.
