This place has great providers however the billing and management is appalling they never call back, when you tell them their site is not working they don’t care until they realize the insurance isn’t updated and then come after you for their mistakes and ignore you when you them their site wouldn’t let you update insurance, they then refuse to bill your insurance even though your insurance called them and told them they will cover it all, they want you to pay it out of pocket. Absolutely amazing!!! Anna Gray, PA is so kind and knowledgeable. She truly listens and helps you find the right medications and care that you need. Very responsive and it’s easy to contact the office. I highly recommend!
anna is SO nice. this was my first time ever seeing a psychiatrist and trying medication and she made me so comfortable enough to try the meds she prescribed me!! Definitely recommend her!
