Kim is the best mental health provider I have had and I have been through many throughout the years. She listens, understands and never judges. And she remembers what you’ve told her in prior sessions! She is thorough and definitely knows her medication’s as well as understands how they will interact with physical health as well, I am a cardiac patient so some of the stuff will lower or raise heart rate and BP. Anna and her team provide compassionate, professional psychiatric care. Anna listens carefully, explains treatment clearly, and creates a safe, supportive environment. The entire team is responsive and caring, and I highly recommend them to anyone seeking quality mental health care.
This place has great providers however the billing and management is appalling they never call back, when you tell them their site is not working they don’t care until they realize the insurance isn’t updated and then come after you for their mistakes and ignore you when you them their site wouldn’t let you update insurance, they then refuse to bill your insurance even though your insurance called them and told them they will cover it all, they want you to pay it out of pocket. Absolutely amazing!!! Anna Gray, PA is so kind and knowledgeable. She truly listens and helps you find the right medications and care that you need. Very responsive and it’s easy to contact the office. I highly recommend!
anna is SO nice. this was my first time ever seeing a psychiatrist and trying medication and she made me so comfortable enough to try the meds she prescribed me!! Definitely recommend her!
