For an emergency medical clinic this was a wonderful experience! Super friendly staff, no wait , and very helpful with care instruction as well as recommendations on aftercare. Even called to follow-up and check on me two days folllowing. If you need to visit an emergency room, Ally emergency room is the Best place to go. I came in with chest pains, Jo-Ann at the front was so nice, as I went to my room because they brought me straight back it was so nice and clean, both nurses Madi and Kim took all my concerns was very good on putting iv in and even brought me a warm blanket without me having to ask. The Doctor came in Dr.Greenblatt he took all my concerns seriously and ordered all labs and xrays to make sure my concerns where looked at explained all my discharge information and diagnosis.
