Fast to checkin and treating
My experience with this emergency room was amazing. T was the front desk, she was really helpful and provided all the information I needed, Clint was the technician he was also really helpful and patient with my CT scan. Latoya was the registered nurse who helped me, she’s amazing and was very friendly. Maritha who was the ER tech was also helpful. And finally, Dr. Shang was an great physician who helped me get the right diagnosis. Ask T for financial support system if your insurance doesn’t cover the cost.
I went in very scared and they took such amazing care of not just my medical, but also my emotional well being! They were as good as having family take care of me. Thank you Andrea, Joe, Martha, Shelley, Kim, Sydney, and Dr. Voight!!!
