This is a fantastic ER. I ended up here due to a wicked breath stealing cough, not only is this place spotless, the people there are friendly, zero wait, they saw us immediately, we weren’t left waiting even then. They quickly ran tests, had answers for us just as quickly, even a little gift baggie and snacks at the end which is definitely a first for us haha! Amazing service. I walked out feeling 10x better than how I came in and everyone was very helpful and kind.
From the start they were immaculate to the end ,there was one gentleman that came in and Before he left, he had us laughing. I can't pick just one , everyone that came into my presence should make you very proud.
Flu had me down. I went in to make sure I only had the flu and no there no other complications. I am eighty years old and I need to make sure I am on the right track to recovering. Absolutely the best care was given to me by the staff. The receptionist was very helpful in filling out needed paperwork. After all paperwork was completed a Sherry a nurse Wass so sweet kind and helpful, her assistant nurse was just as kind and helpful. Doctors and other medical staff where also helpful and caring.
