I came in last night because I was very dehydrated, under slept and could barely walk. The team I worked with was extremely compassionate and kind, I felt very comfortable with Joe and Tyler whom were so patient and accommodating, making sure I felt comfortable with enough blankets and even let me sleep since I was exhausted. Dr. Dwyer listened to my issues and I felt very taken care of, and in this day and age, sometimes it’s just nice to feel like people still care about you. Thank you.
Everything was amazing from the staff to the care. Everyone was patient and listened very carefully. I was treated within mins! Big shout out to: Front desk: Amaya / Rachel Radiology: tawn/ Tyler Er tech: Phoenix Rn: mark And Dr. Arul! Thanks everyone for helping me in my time of need.
everyone was amazing & so sweet and helpful on my first visit here! rachel checked me in so quick, and also brought me a swag bag upon discharge and very helpful w information. my nurse joe / carlos was awesome, he was very attentive & gentle w my shot and made great conversation to make me feel comfortable! my dr was also so kind & listened to my concerns and pain i was experiencing. they ran some tests & gave me a few different options so that way i left here with all the answers i needed. I had an amazing experience at Ally Medical in South Austin yesterday and can’t recommend them enough. I went in for strep throat and was honestly blown away by how efficient, kind, and thorough the entire team was from start to finish.
