I found Ally from personal recommendation to assist in our rental home search. It was quite an ardent task as I am very particular in my search. She stuck to the task showing me at least 10 house a week until I found just the “perfect home”. I felt bad bc I know Realtors don’t receive a normal commission on rentals but she stuck with it! Ally is a consummate professional. It took three months from the time we made our initial offer until we closed on our home. Ally was there with us the entire way helping with inspections, contractor estimates, requests for extensions, and coordination of closing. We relied on her outstanding knowledge of real estate, mortgage, and title company practices. She encouraged us and gave us specific suggestions on how to solve the issues we faced.
