The most unresponsive office I've ever worked with. Have been trying to get ahold of ANYONE for two weeks. Despite cancelling my upcoming appointment days ago they continue to send me notifications confirming the appointment. I'm sure they will try to charge me a "no show fee". I also sent a list of negative side effects to them two weeks ago asking for medical advise and no one responded. Find someone better! EDITED TO ADD: I just got a text from Marcel (6/12) asking if I am still seeking care. This just proves my point even further. I inquired about establishing care at Ally on 5/19 via their online intake & received an email that someone would reach out to me. On 5/27 they reached out but I only got voicemails.
