Big shoutout to Ally HVAC for finally getting my heater to do its job! I’d been dealing with my 2-stage heat pump not reaching full capacity — it just wouldn’t kick in all three heat strips (15,000 kW) like it should. After three visits without getting it sorted, the owner, Fred, came out himself. Fred wasn’t leaving until it was fixed, and sure enough, he got everything running perfectly.
