Michael was punctual and knowledgeable of our system. He gave the diagnosis and then let us make the decision of what to do. We needed a compressor and was having trouble with our warranty from another company. Michael spoke with his boss Fred and they are going install it first thing in the morning. We were very pleased with their customer service. Ally has not disappointed us.
