WHAT A JOKE! I HAVE BEEN TRANSFERRED 3 TIMES AND NO ONE KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING!
You are the worst company ever to do business with. I have more than one loan with Ally Financial and one of my cars was totaled in an accident. My insurance company paid Ally the balance of the loan and Ally paid off the wrong loan! Then they sent me late notices on the vehicle that was supposed to be paid off. My credit rating has dropped 90 points because of this and I am still dealing with you to fix it! This has been going on for 3 months and I still don't have a resolution. I hope everyone see this please... please do not go with this company horrible is an understatement. If there was a -1 that's is what I would give them. My payment isn't due until the 10 of each month and they give you until the 20 so tell me why you are calling me on the 13 to tell me that I am late. There is such thing called a grace period. I really wish they would go out of business or someone would put them out of business. I can not find anything positive about this company.
The worst company I have ever dealt with!! Very rude and poor customer service. I was lied to several times. A supervisor is never available. And they "don't know the corporate office number. " Never again!!!
It was fine until they tried to charge me after my lease was up for "excessive wear and tear" on a car with only 12,000 miles on it.. then their customer service is complete garbage and they don't have anyone available on the weekends.. � tried to argue the charges and they put a request to management (or so they said they did-never heard anything except for multiple phone calls telling me to pay them) because I was a loyal customer for 3 years and had such low mileage.. they auctioned my car and probably are just trying to ... read more
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Every time I call they change their policy. I make our regular payment plus extra to the principal every month and have been told that I have to call every month and tell them to move the amount over to principal. So I call this month and am told that my husband has to call that I can't do this even though last month I could call. I really hate dealing with this company.
Ally gave us the run around on $ they owed us. Finance locally.
Horrible horrible horrible customer services sucks you get no response to your messages your attempts to make payment or ask for assistance. Been a member for 5 years. Never once missed a payment and now that I need assistance I am getting shit on. So sick of crap service. Wish I could get my car refinanced with a different company and I would be gone in a heart beat. I can't wait till I'm out of the lending company and I WILL NEVER BE BACK OR REFER ANYONE TO THIS COMPANY.
