Rude staff. I was shopping with my fiancée for a dress on Saturday 6 November between 4:30pm and 4:45pm. The sign said the store was open until 5:00pm but the two staff ignored us while we were looking at the dresses and seemed more focused on closing the store. While my fiancée was trying on one of the dresses in front of the mirror, one of the staff went into the changing booth my fiancée had been in and attempted to take my fiancees OWN clothes before I noticed and intervened. Absolutely rubbish customer service. I've worked in retail for a long time and never seen such appalling customer service. The blonde girl that was working Monday 17 May in the morning was absolutely disgraceful. Not one single greeting the entire 40 min I was in the store. No assistance with clothes when I was trying them on and shopping, no eye-contact or even a smile when I looked in her direction. She did not move from behind the counter the entire time.
