I recently worked closely with Phil from Allwest to help an elderly friend of mine through the reverse mortgage process. My friend was on very shaky financial footing, but with Phil's guidance and patience, we were able to help him move into a much more stable and secure situation. I met Phil 25 years ago. He was a specialist in the program under which I bought my first house. i had never bought anything like that before and I was terrified. I couldn't imagine borrowing money and being an homeowner.Not only did they help me with the paperwork and the loan and all that stuff. More than that they helped me survive the experience.
