I had an extremely frustrating experience with the service department at Veteran Chevrolet, specifically with service advisor Roberto Guerra. I brought my Chevrolet Silverado 1500 to the dealership with only 7,500 miles on it because the truck suddenly developed a shifter failure and could not be driven. This is a nearly brand-new truck that I purchased new and have never modified. The dealership denied the warranty claim and told me the problem was caused by a hit.
