My recent purchase of a 2022 Dodge 1500 was an awesome experience. I have bought many cars and trucks in my lifetime. The difference was the buying experience from the start. Buying a vehicle is a major event but this time the service, personnel and the crazy paperwork was smooth, no pressure, no gimmicks in the overall process. I went to go pick up my truck this morning. I was there for over an hour for something that should’ve taken a few minutes. They messed up the warranty, did not honor oil changes(also asked me to produce proof for an oil change that I got back in 2023), overall horrible customer service. And to add insult to injury I was also late for work. This has been the worst experience and the worst treatment that I have received from these people at this establishment. -Keith Pullens
