They were fine when I was getting my water delivered, but now that I have cancelled my service, they will not refund my bottle deposits and will not return my phone calls. In May of 2017, I called and talked to them and they said they would put a check in the mail within a week. It is now November, and I haven't received the check. I have been calling regularly since June, with no returned calls. They still owe me money as of 11/4/2017.
