I used ALLView to conduct a final inspection on a new build. The office manager was very responsive in sending the credentials to the builder's rep and scheduling the site visit. We ended up needing to reschedule the inspection sooner, and the team at ALLView was very flexible to meet our needs. Once the inspection was complete, the inspector sent the results to us and the builder same day and included a very detailed report regarding issues that we would have not seen otherwise.
