Just a great way to start the day! Never had a bad day. Every workout becomes my new favorite and cannot wait for the next. The staff are always fully engaged, making the morale of the class at a ten.
I started crossfit a year ago not believing I could do it. However, with the help of all of the amazing coaches I am still at it and can finish a WOD with pride in my accomplishment. The community support is awesome! If you are looking for a place to improve your health I strongly recommend Alluvium!!!
