Just moved from here and received my security deposit in the mail … every house i move out of i clean … i was charged cleaning fees for all around the apartment for things i know i cleaned … that’s not right … but overall i give the apartment a 4 and office team a 3 (bad attitudes)
I have lived this apartment for 6 months. The experience here is very good, except for the slightly expensive fees. My room is right next to the garbage chute, so I can throw away the garbage myself, but I still have to pay the service fee for manual garbage disposal every month. The maintenance and cleaning of the apartment are very timely, and the management is also very serious and responsible. I like them very much. Allusion at West University is truly a hidden gem! I’m incredibly impressed with the management team, and the maintenance staff are absolute angels. During Hurricane Beryl, our side of the complex lost power for nearly five days. Despite the challenges, both the maintenance and management teams went above and beyond to ensure residents were taken care of while waiting for CenterPoint to restore power.
