We arrived at the hotel after 22:00 on the day of check-in. I did receive an email from the hotel earlier that day mentioning that 22:00 was the last check-in time, but unfortunately I was on a flight and therefore unable to reply. When we arrived at the hotel, the reception desk was closed. There was a notice with a phone number for late check-in assistance, but we called the number twice and nobody answered. Not happy accused a registered service dog of messing in their building The dog is so well trained it eats and toilets on command It’s never had any problems elsewhere

I accidentally booked a room on Booking.com for the wrong date. When I arrived at the hotel, I was told there was no reservation for that night, so I booked another room directly at the hotel for $250. Since I still stayed at the same hotel and paid for another room, I politely asked if it would be possible to refund the unused reservation made on Booking.
