I’ve been working for Allurion now for 3 months and the culture has been amongst the best I’ve ever experienced. Everyone has been so supportive and my on-boarding experience was amazing. So many very intelligent people working here from all parts of the world. A culture that embraces diversity and is really progressive. We are all very hard working, but find ways to make work fun! I highly recommend Allurion to anyone looking to join a fast growing company with an amazing culture.
First is not good training the employee involved to training me are a liar and want me sign job I didn’t did and not follow protocol book one the person that training me was the best in do her job but not let me practice neither the another’s ladies and one the them some many mistake with her friend too first started went I didn’t did that job she want me putted initial liar bury blame me for own mistake and her friend mistake and the last one only I did 10 and did all the another’s one told me I need to put my initial went ... read more
