Well, for starters. I am not one to complain. So when i went here for the first time i was super nervous going to a new salon. I was NOT satified but did not say a word. I thought maybe i was just used to perfection and let it go. However, when i got the email to rate this place, I gave this review. They said to schedule and appt to fix it and get complimentary products, so i replied asking if the fix was at no charge too. I mean, really, you want me to pay for your mess up. Not a chance. Big big thank you - Alluring designs a salon at the Franklin Plaza Shopping Centre in murrysville pa - Molly a color & cutting specialist was a lifesaver - after a bad home color - Tracey (the owner) managed to book an urgent appointment for me with Molly to rectify my mistake - Molly was fantastic, listened to my likes and dislikes and rescued me and I walked out feeling great - Molly will now be my stylist - thank you to Alluring Designs and especially to Molly - from Karen
