I also wish I could give zero stars. I find it ironic that he has the realtor code of ethics linked on his webpage, because I don't think he's actually read any of it. He blatantly lied about when his clients were moving out. He promised the house would be professionally cleaned, but my clients had to move into a filthy house full of dog urine and boxes everywhere.
