Lived here for 18 months and it is hands down the best building we’ve lived in out of all the ones in Waikiki. The common areas are always spotless, the units come with top of the line appliances, and the views are amazing (either Manoa valley or the ocean). Other residents are quiet and respectful of each other, we never once had noise issues. The HOA is pretty low for how well the building is maintained. There are other buildings we’ve lived in that had higher fees but the staff is less competent, building is poor managed ... read more
