Jill Morgan and Allure Management are obstructing a homeowner from selling their property by refusing to provide the SB-326 Report, which her company ordered and is legally required as of Jan 1, 2025. Without this document, any client using conventional financing and obtaining a mortgage cannot proceed with the transaction. If I could give them a minus star rating I would. Allure just got here and it doesn’t look good. Her portal is bug riddled and Jill Morgan has yet to make an appearance here. We got our financial statement and surprise! We are facing a potential 18k special assessment. I had high hopes that they would live up to their service guarantee and help out our dysfunctional Board, but so far they have not. This is the condition of the property. You decide.
I don’t even care enough about these things to leave reviews for anything… but ALLURE TOTAL (mis)MANAGEMENT deserves to be the exception. This is by far the most frustrating, irritating, and unprofessional company I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. Customer service is non existent, and I quote, “customer service is not what we do here.” Obviously! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. DO NOT DO BUSINESSES WITH THIS COMPANY.
