If I could give them a minus star rating I would. Allure just got here and it doesn’t look good. Her portal is bug riddled and Jill Morgan has yet to make an appearance here. We got our financial statement and surprise! We are facing a potential 18k special assessment. This HOA company doesn’t fix issues they only patch them and cause more issues, they charge high HOA FEEs when repairs can be done at a lower cost. They make changes without notifications and then cause chaos. Greedy Management Company careful they will lie to your face and fix one issue while causing other issues and charge more to the owners. There are better HOA Management companies than Allure.
Just absolute trash. I'm not the kind of person who leaves negative reviews every time I'm mildly dissatisfied with service. In fact, I leave more positive reviews than negative. But this company is special, and not in a good way. A website that looks like it was drawn up on a Geocities website builder in about 1999, with broken links, and NO OPTION TO SET UP AUTO-PAY. Zero regard for residents or safety. Allure Property Management towed my vehicle while it contained my 11-month-old baby’s ONLY car seat. Let that sink in. Had there been an emergency and we needed to get our child to the hospital, we would have had no way to safely transport her. What makes this even worse: my registration sticker with the HOA was actively pending.
