I don’t even care enough about these things to leave reviews for anything… but ALLURE TOTAL (mis)MANAGEMENT deserves to be the exception. This is by far the most frustrating, irritating, and unprofessional company I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. Customer service is non existent, and I quote, “customer service is not what we do here.” Obviously! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. DO NOT DO BUSINESSES WITH THIS COMPANY.
These folks are real professionals. More than one asked if I needed help. They share high values with both staff and visitors.
I really miss our old property management company and our property manager. Going from a gold tiered company to this is not even comprehensible. Absolutely no communication with this company. We will do our diligence to not recommend them during our next session. Liars and not competent at their work. Much better service out there. First residential was such a delight compared to this company.
Absolutely the WORST management company I've ever had to deal with. We will do everything we can to get our HOA to change to a different company. Lazy AND INEPT, aren't strong enough words to describe them. These people make it almost impossible to do business with them. They even blacked out their office windows so they can hide from all the people they are supposed to be serving. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. RUN FAR AWAY. They way they're operating should be illegal.
