Just absolute trash. I'm not the kind of person who leaves negative reviews every time I'm mildly dissatisfied with service. In fact, I leave more positive reviews than negative. Zero regard for residents or safety. Allure Property Management towed my vehicle while it contained my 11-month-old baby’s ONLY car seat. Let that sink in. Had there been an emergency and we needed to get our child to the hospital, we would have had no way to safely transport her. What makes this even worse: my registration sticker with the HOA was actively pending. I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience with Allure Property Management was extremely disappointing. Instead of addressing my legitimate question, they tried to attack me personally and completely avoided answering. To make matters worse, their official response was a screenshot of a ChatGPT reply — yes, they used AI to dodge the issue and even included a photo of it in their email. Broken Systems, Zero Communication, and Unnecessary Towings! This has been an incredibly frustrating experience with Allure Property Management. Despite numerous repeated attempts to contact them by phone and email, no one has returned my calls or responded to my messages.
