To the owners of this hotel and any upcoming guest. I have never been so disrespected and humiliated in my life staying at any hotel. I've been living here with my kids since April and never had a problem with the staff or the general manager. Jus recently the owners hired a new general manager and my first interaction with her was unpleasant and unprofessional. Late review but I will say I booked a room for a week with a friend and only stayed 2 days. Hallways and elevator has a odor. Elevator inspection is not up to date, expired August of 2025 and the doors act like they want to get stuck. Hot tub is not working. On the site it stated it has a gym but was told there was no more gym and hadn't been since hurricane Ian. Will be going back next time- worth the price for sure!
Place is very clean staff also very nice. I would stay again love the location close to everything. The outside could use painting and window cleaning but inside is good can tell they are working on things everything in our room worked fine, unsure why some bad reviews?
