Great stay will stay again
I hate to make this place Popular by giving it an overly joyful review but I was more than shocked to come to my suite and see that it was beyond my expectations spotlessly clean and in every regard a great place to stay no complaints whatsoever considering the age of the building its well-maintained and I had a great stay they deserve five stars every day
I stayed in one of the older rooms at Allure Suites, and unfortunately, the experience was far from comfortable. The room had visible green mold outside the windows and black mold in the bedroom, which raised serious concerns about health and cleanliness. The dishwasher was broken, and the Wi-Fi barely worked, making it difficult to stay connected or get anything done. 2 weeks ago I wrote a review out of anger because of the way things was handled. Today I had a talk with the new general manager and we was able to talk it out like adults get a lot of understanding between the 2 of us. One thing I can say is this place has been a life saver for me and my kids and the staff has been wonderful when it comes to making our stay a pleasant stay. Thank you so much for be understanding and patient with me and my kids.
