I am very happy with the recent purchase of a pearl with diamond earrings. Very good service for all the staff involved as I made many phone enquires of buying earrings for my daughter’s wedding from Melbourne. The delivery service is extremely fast . I ordered the earrings last Friday and I already got them in Melbourne this morning. I love the earrings as they look so beautiful and elegant. Thank you Louis for your great help and advices. Highly recommended this store which sells good quality of pearl jewelleries.
I could not recommend this store more. Specifically Rosa who was absolutely outstanding to deal with. Nothing was too big of an ask and we left feeling completely satisfied with our bags full of goodies. Service like Rosa’s is hard to come by these days and I hope I have the privilege of dealing with her in the future.
I highly recommend Louis Youd and Allure South Sea Pearls team. I’ve bought few pearl earrings and pendants from them in the past. They are very responsive and helpful. They guided me through the purchasing journey and provided additional photos of the actual item that i intended on purchasing. I pulled the trigger yesterday (ordered a new pair of exquisite pearl earrings online as I’m not in WA) and received it today (super fast!). Perfect timing for my work function. Amazing service and product.
