today was a mess of a first hair cut for my young daughter. her hair was left uneven and chuncky after asking for a clean straight cut for a wedding. we cut 14inches off for wigs for kids! after the cut she was so devastated, and associated the stylist with her bad haircut (shes 4) . i called and asked to have it fixed or refunded so i could fix it elsewhere. they refused the refund which is fine. but wanted my poor daughter to see the same stylist. she was so sad about her haircut and refused to see him again i think she wa... read more
