Cannot say anything positive. I asked for a refund and was told to come in the NEXT DAY TO BE LIGHTENED AND TONED. Anyone who has processed hair knows better than to mess with it the day after. Wash it a few times let it settle before you dump more chemicals on it. The owner said: "Apply vinegar and lemon juice to wet hair and leave it on am hour." So I spent $185 amd now it is ruined. OMG do not go here.
