Awesome experience. I went to another local place and they totally screwed up my hair. My cut was uneven and my color was blotchy. I went in to see Kahli and she was so nice. She fixed it and it turned out better than I dreamed. What first started out as tears of frustration turned to tears of joy. I have gone there for over a year now and am happy every time. Highly recommended!!!

This is the only place i will go for my haircut. After a bad cut from a different place, she fixed it for me. She knows exactly how I like my hair cut and styled. Great hair with awesome service

I made an appointment for a highlight/cut and wanted a very natural look, nothing too dramatic or too far from my natural hair color, which is dark brown. I told my stylist this and she said that highlights wouldn't actually be the best thing for me to do but said a balyage would be better but would cost more. I told her I would do it since its rare that I get my hair colored. I am posting a complaint about this salon for my friend with her permission. She had a hair color done. She is usually a brunette with shades of auburn. Her color matched the brassy red of a shiny new penny. She waited a few days then went back to ask if they could fix it for her. The employee told my friend that maybe it was her shampoo or the minerals in the water etc. They did not even offer to fix the problem. I know for a fact if you go to great clips and you do not like your cut etc. They will fix the problem for FREE!... read more

Awful! Dyed my friends hair and messed up. Refused to give a refund. My friend works with the public a lot and is married to a solider. My friend does a lot in our community but now she is embarrassed because her hair is not even a natural color, which is what she was going for. Also they didn't even fully dye her hair. It blotchy and you can see the blonde where they didn't go to the scalp.
