DONT GO TO CHAUGN!!!!!!!!!!! She will overcharge you and not give you the hair color that is desired. I wanted brown hair with highlights and she bleached my head with level 50 developer all over and my hair turned yellow!!!!! I spent $460 for something I hated!!!!!
