I had an insurance claim to get repair work done from hail damage as well as the tree branches that did damage to me and my family's roof. I hired Shawn off recommendation of a friend. After speaking with Shawn a few times on the cell phone, we picked a start date, and everything started off as planned. I'm not sure the details, but I believe Shawn had some legal trouble and had to visit PCJ. Allure Exteriors did some work for my church and my parent's home. I was grateful for the team, Buckley, Tycin, Tarin, Riley (RIP Justin) and Shawn did some things at my parent's house, free of charge, just to establish some kind of a relationship. Although we had our moments, Allure has potential and I wish him best wishes on future endeavors.

Although we had our moments, Allure has the potential to be one of the top 5 roofers here in Iowa.

I hired on Allure, and it was not a wise decision. I spent double the money fixing what they did not do, what they messed up, and re-doing what they agreed to do. I would not recommend Sean nor his company!

Allure Exteriors did some work for my church & my parents. The language was there, the communication was there, even the PROMISES were there, but unfortunately, things did not go as planned or to completion. Justin R. (RIP) was definitely a hard worker, but he could only do so much. I was thankful for Tycin as well.
