In short, amazing. We’ll see if there are any issues down the line as they just completed the work today but so far could not be happier!!! Highly recommend Allure Plumbing and Heating. Called and left a message, Anthony quickly returned my call. He asked for photos to confirm a potential issue to address and he was correct - lead elbow from toilet to sewer pipe was failing. Vinnie and coworker were here the next morning and fixed the toilet as well as replaced a shower handle cartridge. Very professional, pleasant, an all around excellent experience as always! Price was as quoted and very fair. This is the reason why we call Allure!
We were pleasantly surprised at the professionalism of our recent plumbing experience. Our office was met with a disaster in the "men's room to a point where the urinal was not operable. Our regular plumber was called, but could not come until the next day, which is why we gave a call out to Allure Plumbing & Heating, who was recommended by an employee to try out.
