I really wanted to give a good review and 5 stars to this complex. But unfortunately I cannot. I moved to Lake Mary from Baldwin Park 6 months ago to stay away from the noisy neighborhood. The office staff here, especially Stephanie are so nice. I love my apartment and its being spacious with a beautiful view. However the noise all day and even late at night is too much specially for someone like me who works 8-5 and remote. I absolutely love it! The location is perfect- super central and close to everything I need. They’ve been having fun events which makes it a great place to connect with neighbors. Highly recommend!
awesome apartment complex with nice amenities! the staff is always helpful
I recently toured this property, and while the staff was friendly, they were late to our scheduled tour. The complex itself appears to have been nice when it first opened, but it has not been well maintained. Despite being relatively new, it already looks run-down and past its prime. The hallways had dim lighting, stained and foul-smelling carpets, and the walkways and common areas were noticeably dirty and unkept.
