Absolutely gorgeous and well maintained property! The management company and the entire staff is extremely professional and super friendly. I would recommend this property to anyone in search of a new home!
Living here has been a huge disappointment. People constantly smoke on their balconies, and the smell seeps into apartment it’s hard to breathe and nothing is done about it. Hallway also smells weed. At night, it’s loud and chaotic — music, yelling, and no respect for quiet hours. There are fights in the parking lot, it doesn't feel safe.!!! The parking garage is also a serious safety concern. Really happy living here so far. The place is kept up nicely, and the team is great. Big shout-out to Joel, the maintenance supervisor—super professional, friendly, and always on top of things. Makes a big difference knowing you’ve got someone that dependable around. Highly recommend!
