I lived here for five and a half years and personally watched this property decline from a well-kept, desirable place to live into a poorly managed mess. Over that time, ownership and management changed several times, and with each change, the standards seemed to fall even further. In my unit alone, I documented two years of major issues caused by poor construction and outright neglect. Allure on parkway is not a place I would recommend solely on my experience. I have been here almost two years and since I moved into my unit I made it known to the management that the oven in my unit makes the fire alarm go off anytime I cook. Since then three different directors have come and gone and no one has taken action. Jose and Ashley did not care and Rosa who is the current director does not care as well about any issues you may have. Today Basilio and José did an amazing work here in #124 to repair our washing machine, plus they asked to repaint my door and also called Angela, to clean the floor and she also did a very good work! All this was done in less than 1 hour! This team is great. Thank also to Carmen, Rose and Stephanie who coordinated our request for it.
