Very clean location. Cindy was very kind and helpful.
Went in for a manicure appointment. Check in was super easy and wait time was not even a minute.
I arrived on Sunday 3pm to get a polish change. As soon as my manicurist saw me, she proceeded to prepare her tools. I was told by the receptionist(Natalie) that they were booked and couldn’t take me. Since it was a Sunday, I had previously looked up the closing time & it was 5pm. I noticed all the girls were sitting around looking at their phones, and all but one was with a customer. The receptionist told my manicurist there was no time to do my polish change. Scheduled an appointment for 6 pm, it us now 6:45 and I am still waiting. No offer to reschedule, not even an I apologize you are having to wait. If I didn't have a special occasion tomorrow, I would leave. Will be looking for a different nail place
