Worst service I've experienced. It took over an hour just to remove my nails. The technician seemed very inexperienced and repeatedly burned me during the process. To make matters worse, I was charged for a nail shape even though my nails were simply cut down and removed no shaping was done. I came during my lunch break expecting a quick service, but the nail removal alone took an hour. Only one person getting a pedicure , nobody waiting. three staff And they said didn’t have availability until 3 hours later.
The receptionist was very rude when I walked in, never returning
VANESSA was very polite sweet and she was so spectacular with her hands relieved so much tension of my feet wow she so amazing I recommended her everything was grand go for Vanessa
went to HEB and decided to get a pedi and to my surprise it was not even 7:15 and they had closed. Salon on cesar chavez was able to help me and Minerva did a great job do better and adjust proper time.
