I had a terrible experience here. The service is overpriced, and the staff couldn’t execute basic nail designs. When I realized I left my shoes at the salon same day a couple hours later they made no effort to help or review their surveillance footage. Very unprofessional. I will not be coming back.
I would not go here again, it’s close to me so it’s convenient but everytime I go it’s overpriced and I leave so unhappy. I got a manicure and pedicure. 3 people worked on my manicure from constant switching … the person who did the most during my manicure had to be her first day as she clipped my cuticles all up and had someone to show her how to file. My first visit and DEFINITELY will NOT be my last visit. I enjoyed the deluxe pedicure. Rosa’s special attention, massages, scrubs to my feet were what my mental and physical psychic needed! My feet are soft, gentle, smooth, and beautiful♥️! Rosa, thank you for the exceptional pedicure!!! One of the worse nail salons I have ever been to. They told me they could do duck nails and then gave me an old lady who had never done duck nails in her life . She took about 2 hours just to do duck nails & kept cutting my fingers with the nail drills.
