Costumer service is poor nail tech is rude had the nerve to tell me I couldn’t get my nails did the way I wanted them done telling me to just get French tips

We came here to evacuate and went and got pedicures. I paid for the most expensive pedicure and he was in such a hurry, he was done in like 30 minutes. No callous remover and it was supposed to come with a collagen mask or paraffin wax and that didn't happen either. I even asked the tech what a collagen mask was.
Always very clean and amazingly friendly! Great service! Amy did a wonderful job on my Cat eye nails! Very satisfied!
Went and got manicure today.. the 2 nail techs that I had were nice and I really liked my nails. I would definitely go back.
